Driving Licence Medical

We offer the medical for a new driving licence or renewal of a driving licence.

In Portugal you have to renew your driving license as follows: At 50 years of age, at 60 years of age, at 65 years of age and at 70 years of age. Thereafter every two years.

If you are a patient of our practice and under 65, the cost is currently 40 Euros.

If you are a patient of our practice and over 65, the cost is currently 50 Euros and this includes an electrocardiogram and a blood sugar test.

If you are new to our practice the cost is currently 70 euros.

You need to bring the originals of the following documents (compulsory to complete the medical):

• Residência
• Current driving license (unless its your first license)
• Utente number (if you have the original registration please bring this as all details have to match)
• Portuguese Tax number
